Plano vibrocultivators: characteristics of flex springs
The Plano seedbed cultivatos are equipped with flex springs, specifically de for spring work. These components are characterized by a straight section, which allows humidity to be preserved during operations, and by a high elasticity which, in addition to having a disruptive action, allows the spring to be kept clean, avoiding the accumulation of weeds and crop residues.
The L, PL, LDR and PLDR vibrocultivators mounted 32×10 flex springs with a straight L210 mm share, while the P5, SP5, SP, MP, RL and RP models have 32×12 flex springs with a L210 mm straight share.
Furthermore, for the SP and MP models it is possible to integrate an “autumn kit“, which includes a series of frames with highly resistant springs (25×25 square section) for an initial preparation and leveling of the soil, after plowing and subsoiling.
